An atypical evening in one of of the meccas of powder skiing: Little Cottonwood Canyon, UT. This image was shot just as the last light of dusk was disappearing from the sky. The mid-level clouds seeed to boost the piercing peaks of the Broad Fork Twins to staggering heights. I've spent years and years of my life in this part of the world, and this remains one of the most serene and gorgeous sights I've ever captured.
