About the Shot

Surfing early in the morning South of Sydney. This is still to this day one of the heavier wipeouts i have taken while shooting. The lip landed perfectly on my head and ripped one of my flippers off and also ripped the camera housing out of my hand. "it pays to use a arm rope :)" Surfer Rhys Bombacy
