About the Shot

Surfers walking to the Arabian Sea, through the Wahiba Sands desert in Oman. There was no road to the beach in this area so we pulled over and started walking, with a GPS of course. Getting lost in the sand is no joke, the terrestrial equivalent to falling off a boat at sea at night: no one will find you, ever.
