"Sacred Light" - This image was taken on 9/11/11. I had heard that 2011 was going to be the last year for the tribute in lights. I went out to New Jersey and literally stood on a very thin break water to get this vantage point. Lady Liberty stands guard over us on the far right. The image shows our resiliency as a nation with the rebuilding going on in lower Manhattan, while still remembering our past with the tribute in lights. This image is dedicated to the near 3000 souls lost ten years ago in that horrific act of terror.
