About the Shot

While walking through the village of Whistler on a cold January morning I spotted this Starling. He was resting on a picnic table soaking up the morning sun. Shot with a Canon 20D, 28-135mm lens @ 135, 1/60 sec, 5.6f, iso 100, from about two feet away. Location Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
